September 2019 Panthers of the Month
H.T. Faulk Elementary School
Brayden ThomasBrayden is a second grade student at H.T. Faulk and is the son of Jerry Thomas and Cindy Requenez. Brayden has two brothers named Joshua and Jacob. In his spare time, Brayden enjoys playing with his toys. He also likes to play with his dogs named Baby Girl and Whiskey and his cats Oreo and Cali. Brayden likes school because he gets to go to Art Class. His favorite colors are blue and red. When Brayden grows up, he wants to be a paleontologist.
Brayden was selected as “Panther of the Month” because he is a dedicated student. He comes prepared to class, participates, and listens to the instruction. Brayden is a bright student and a friendly kid. H.T. Faulk Elementary is proud to have Brayden Thomas as their Panther of the Month.
Charlie Marshall Elementary School
Ryland Mata
Ryland is a 3rd grader at CMES and is the son of Mike and Brittany Mata. Ryland has one older brother and two younger sisters. Rylan has two pet guinea pigs. In his free time, Ryland likes to play outside and play Xbox. Ryland’s favorite subject in school is math. After he graduates from high school, Ryland hopes to become a professional chef.
Ryland was selected as “Panther of the Month” because he is always respectful and always puts others first. We are very proud of his hard work and dedication. Please join us in congratulating Ryland Mata. He is one of the many bright stars we have at Charlie Marshall Elementary School.
A.C. Blunt Middle School
Erik Baker
Erik, a 7th grade student, is the son of Keshia and Cody Gunn. He has two younger sisters, Lacey and Danni. Erik loves all animals especially dogs. He has two dogs named Tyson and Cado. When he is not caring for his dogs, he is helping his grandmother and great-grandmother care for their dogs, Chancy and Bernice. Erik says they are working with Bernice on her racing ability so she can be a contestant in the Dachshund Dash runs. He also helps with Tucker, his grandmother’s very large tortoise. In his free time, Erik enjoy going to different places and really likes camping out. In school, he enjoys playing football. His favorite class is math because it is like solving a puzzle. When he finishes high school, he want to go to college to become a veterinarian so he can continue working with animals.

Aransas Pass High School
Edward Trout
Edward is a senior at Aransas Pass High School. Edward is the son of Juanita & Christian Trout. Edward enjoys spending time with his family and watching Netflix. He also loves taking care of and playing with his dog Kendra. His favorite subjects in school are calculus and yearbook. After high school, he plans to major in psychology and become a clinical psychologist.
Edward was selected Panther of the month at Aransas Pass High School because of the hard work and dedication he exhibits. Aransas Pass High School is proud to have Edward Trout as their Panther of the Month.
